Cheval Blanc St-Barth will reopen in December 2018 with a new architectural concept
The French decorator Jacques Grange realizes a new concept of interior design for all the rooms with a view of the Caribbean Sea and the public places, as the entrance and both restaurants. Jacques Grange imagined the project of decoration by being inspired by the life and by the rhythm of a holiday home by the sea. With a direction sharpened by the detail, an attention on the beautiful materials and on the comfort which they bring, Jacques Grange mixes objects, textures and times, making a reference to a life of journey and collector’s soul. Multicolored aboriginal pointillism answers jars werregue, in the atmosphere so singular of the Caribbean. His contemporary and refined vision, makes him interpret the codes of Maison Cheval Blanc with a local approach, reflecting the art of living, the charm and sweetness of the island of Saint-Barthélemy.
New restaurant concept
The restoration of Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle of France will be expanded with new concepts of restaurants facing the sea, in a setting also designed by Jacques Grange. La Case de l’Isle offers a menu developed on the theme of the « Riviera »: the choice of extreme quality of products, reveals a refined cuisine, tasty and gourmet. The Cabane de l’Isle is investing a new location in the heart of the House, a few meters from the sea. From 12h to 20h, continuous service, feet in the sand, La Cabane de l’Isle offers a menu in which the flavors of the Atlantic Ocean play the role of a link between Caribbean and European coasts.
